​Asia Aragon

Asia Aragon is a 24 year old actress, dancer, model, singer and titleholder.

​

Asia had a co-star role in the TV pilot The Big Leap for 20th Century Fox.  She played the lead Kim in Stealth, a multi-award-winning thesis film from the American Film Institute. Asia has appeared in national commercials, a PSA, music videos, short films and theatre productions, and has also recorded voiceovers.

 

Asia's theater lead credits include: Newsies (as Newsie JoJo and a Bowery Beauty); Willy Wonka: The Musical (as Violet Beauregarde); Aladdin Jr. (as Princess Jasmine); Annie (once as Annie and twice as Pepper); White Christmas (as Susan Waverly); South Pacific (as Ngana); The Big Bad Musical (as Sidney Grimm); The Doll (as Monica); and Seussical The Musical (as JoJo).

 

Asia was nominated for the 2015-2016 National Youth Arts (Junior Division) Lead Actress Award for her portrayal of Princess Jasmine in Aladdin Jr.  She won the 2013-2014 National Youth Arts Outstanding Group Vocal Performance (Junior Division) Award for her vocal performance in LePetit Cirque's "The Journey of You."  Asia is an alumni of New York's Broadway Artists Alliance.  She has emceed and co-hosted several events.

Asia dances hip hop, jazz, heels, ballet (pointe), lyrical, contemporary and tap.  Asia has four original songs (Good Crazy, Lucky For Me, Girls Paradise, Just Fly Away) on iTunes, Spotify and other music outlets.

Asia modeled for five years as the American Girl doll Ivy Ling for the American Girl/Flintridge Guild Fashion shows.  She did print and runway modeling for For the Stars Fashion House, and also modeled at L.A. Fashion Week Fall 2017.  Asia modeled for the Philippine Department of Tourism advertisements for the "It's More Fun In the Philippines" campaign.
 

Asia held the title of Miss Hollywood Teen USA 2018 and Miss Century City Teen USA 2017.  She also held the national USA title of Binibining Pilipinas Teen USA 2017, where she won the following Special Awards:  Best in Swimsuit, Best In Evening Gown, Best in Talent, Top Runway Model, Miss Congeniality, Best in National Costume.  She was the teen representative for the Philippine Department of Tourism's "It's More Fun In the Philippines" campaign, consisting of travel around the Philippines, public appearances and TV guestings.

 

Asia received the Top Model Award at the Miss California Teen USA 2019 pageant.  She was also a Semi-Finalist at the Miss California Teen USA 2018 pageant.

Asia is a Certified Personal Trainer.  She is also an OR nurse (RN/BSN).  She was a veteran dancer on the Spirit Squad - Dance Team at the University of Illinois, Chicago.  She received the following awards while on the UIC Dance Team:  2021 Most Valuable Dancer; 2021 Most Versatile Dancer; 2020 Rookie of the Year; 2020 Crowd Appeal; and Summer 2020 National Dance Alliance Camp Technique.

 

Asia was a student at La Salle High School and at the California School of the Arts SGV, where she graduated from the Commercial Dance Conservatory.  She was an AP and Honor student in high school, and was a member of the Girls Golf and Swim teams.
